Michael Weisman

Michael Weisman is a Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and an attorney at Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, PC in Boston. He litigates in a wide variety of matters, ranging from complex plaintiffs’ tort and civil rights cases to sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes. A graduate of Boston University School of Law and Georgia State University, Mr. Weisman is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
