Philip Chen is an Assoicate Research Scholar in Law and Fellow at The China Law Center at Yale Law School. A graduate of Yale Law School and Harvard College, Mr. Chen clerked for Justice José A. Cabranes of the United States Court of Appeals upon graduation from law school. He was a former litigation associate in civil and criminal defense at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C.
