Peter Huang

Visiting Lecturer in Law
Peter Huang is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School where he co-teaches a course with Elizabeth K. Dollard Professor of Law, Dan Kahan. He is currently the Harold E. Kohn Chair Professor of Law at the James Beasley Law School of Temple University. His research specializes in emotions & law; law, happiness & subjective well-being; behavioral law & economics; legal real options; and securities regulation.
