Richard Baxter

Richard Baxter is the John R. Raben/Sullivan & Cromwell Visiting Lecturer in Accounting at Yale Law School. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar, a certified public accountant, and chairman of the Board of the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology. He formerly served as Senior Tax Counsel and Head of Planning, Strategy and Audits for Aetna. He earned a B.A. from Bucknell, an M.A. from Yale, and a J.D. from Duke University.
