Richard Squire
Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law
Richard Squire is a Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School and a Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. He has been a member of the Fordham faculty since 2006 and was twice elected Fordham Law School’s Teacher of the Year. His primary teaching interests are Corporations and Corporate Reorganization & Restructuring. He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Harvard. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Robert D. Sack on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2002 to 2005, he was an associate with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City.
