Robert D. Williams is an Associate Research Scholar in Law and Fellow at The China Law Center at Yale Law School. He earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Harvard National Security Journal. Following law school, he clerked in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Department of Justice and for The Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is an Associate in Litigation and Business Services at Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens and Cannada in Jackson, Mississippi.
