Ralph K. Winter, Jr.

Professor (Adjunct) of Law (spring term)
Ralph Winter is Professor (Adjunct) of Law at Yale Law School. His subjects are business organizations, securities regulation, and evidence. Professor Winter has clerked for Judge Thurgood Marshall of the Second Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, taught at Yale for many years before becoming a judge, and then became Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit. He is now a Senior Circuit Judge. His books include Campaign Financing and Political Freedom (with J. Bolton). Professor Winter has a B.A. and an LL.B. from Yale.
