Scott Shuchart

Scott Shuchart is an Associate Research Scholar in Law, Supreme Court Clinical Fellow, and Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. A graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, he clerked for the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has published articles on international law, election law, and taxation.
