Timothy C. Collins

Visiting Lecturer in Law
Timothy C. Collins is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He has been a director with RHJ International since the company’s formation in 2004 and is chairman of RHJI’s Investment and Strategy Committee. He founded Ripplewood Holdings LLC in 1995 and served as its CEO and senior managing director until its investment activities were merged with those of RHJI in 2010. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Citigroup Inc. and is chairman of the Yale School of Management Board of Advisors. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from Yale University’s School of Management.
