Visiting Lecturer in Law
Victoria Cundiff is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School where she teaches Intellectual Property: Theory and Practice. She is a partner at the New York office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where she helps clients identify, protect, and obtain value from their intellectual property through preventive and strategic planning and through litigation. Ms. Cundiff’s work focuses primarily upon issues arising at the intersection of intellectual property law and employment law. She is a graduate of the University of Denver and Yale Law School.
