Victoria Cundiff
Visiting Lecturer in Law
Victoria Cundiff is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner in the litigation practice at Paul Hastings in New York. She helps clients identify, protect, and obtain value from their intellectual property through preventive and strategic planning and through litigation. Her work focuses primarily upon issues arising at the intersection of intellectual property law and employment law. She has written widely in the intellectual property field. She is a graduate of the University of Denver and Yale Law School and is on the advisory board of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.
