Willard B. Taylor
Visiting Lecturer in Law
Willard B. Taylor is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and of counsel to the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP since 2008. He was a partner in the firm from 1972 until 2007. He specializes in tax matters, both federal and state, including advice with respect to the taxation of foreign operations of U.S. corporations, U.S. operations of foreign corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions. He has been a professor on the adjunct faculty of New York University School of Law since 1986. He earned both his B.A. and law degrees from Yale.
