William Eskridge to Deliver Frankel Lecture

William Eskridge, Jr. ’78, John A. Garver Professor of Jurisprudence at Yale Law School, will deliver the nineteenth annual Frankel Lecture, presented by the Houston Law Review. In “Marriage Equality as a Testing Ground for Original Meaning,” Professor Eskridge will tackle the subject of marriage equality and the Equal Protection Clause, thereby offering a critique of “original meaning” theory.
