The China Law Center will host a special discussion featuring Mr. SI Weijiang on "The New Judicial Approach in China: One Lawyer's Case Experiences." Mr. SI is a prominent lawyer in China, and partner of Shanghai's Debund Law Firm. His practice includes a wide range of cases, including public interest and pro bono work. An expert in intellectual property law, he served as vice secretary of the Intellectual Property Committee of the All-China Lawyer's Federation. Mr. SI graduated from East China University of Politics and Law in 1992.
The discussion will take place on Monday, February 8, at 6:30 pm in Room 128, Sterling Law Building. Dinner will be provided.
