Shanghai Lawyer Zhou Dan to Discuss His Latest Antidiscrimination Lawsuit
China's only openly gay lawyer, Zhou Dan has brought a number of lawsuits on behalf of the LGBT community and persons living with AIDS. In his latest case, Zhou represented a person living with AIDS who sought to buy a house in Shanghai. On April 14 at 12:10 pm, Zhou Dan will reflect upon his experiences in this case, and situate it within the broader context of antidiscrimination law and policy in China, in room 121 of the law school.
