Tom Collinger

Tom Collinger joined the faculty at Northwestern University in January 1998, and currently serves as Associate Dean at Medill, and Chairman of the Integrated Marketing Communications Department. He is also the former director of the Direct, Database, and E-Commerce Marketing sequence. He is a widely recognized expert in the areas of integrated marketing communications, direct, database, ande-commerce marketing management, customer loyalty, customer relationship management,and channel integration.

He is a former Senior Vice President of The Leo Burnett Company; Former Vice President and General Manager of Ogilvy & Mather Direct/OgilvyOne, and member of the editorial advisory board for the Journal of Consumer Marketing.

Collinger is also the President of The TC Group, a marketing strategy consulting firm. Some of his clients have included: Advanta, A.G. Edwards/Wells Fargo Advisors, Discover Card, Doubleclick, Benesse Corp./Japan, Nimblefish, Sony, The Marketing Store Worldwide, and Walt Disney Attractions.
