There are two papers available for Professor Robert Baruch Bush's talk at the Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop on March 4, 2002. The first is a description of "Transformative Mediation" by Professor Bush. The second is a study by James R. Antes, Joseph P. Folger, and Dorothy J. Della Noce that analyzes the U.S. Postal Service's implementation of Transformative Mediation in its REDRESS program.
