China Law Center Senior Fellow Discusses Legal Reform in China with U.S. Law Students and Faculty Visiting Beijing
On June 21, China Law Center Senior Fellow Keith Hand and Professor Zhu Wenqi of Renmin University Law School addressed a group of more than 30 U.S. law students and professors at the American Club in Beijing. The group was visiting Beijing as part of a joint University of Minnesota/Chinese University of Politics and Law Summer J.D. Program. Topics discussed included legal reform trajectories in China, citizen constitutionalism, China’s role in international organizations, and career paths for U.S. students interested in Chinese law.
