Lourdes Peroni

Abogada, National  University of Asuncion's Law School, 1999 and LL.M., Harvard Law School, 2004. She clerked for Supreme Court Justice Raul Sapena (1999-2003) and assisted in Constitutional Law classes at the National University of Asuncion (2001-2003). She was a fellow at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (2004-2005) and at Yale Law School (2005-2007). She has been a consultant to the Organization of American States and a researcher for the Harvard Law School's International Human Rights Clinic. She has been a Professor of International Human Rights at the Universidad Americana's Law School in Asuncion.
