Taisu Zhang ’08 Discusses Administrative Litigation in Inaugural Works-in-Progress Series
The first meeting of a new Works-in-Progress Series was held on April 3, 2008, at the China Law Center in New Haven. Taisu Zhang ’08 discussed his paper, “The Xinfang Phenomenon: Why the Chinese Prefer Administrative Petitioning over Litigation.” The new series provides a forum for Yale Law School students, visiting scholars, and others to present research and papers in progress and get feedback from the China Law Center community at Yale.
