Call for Papers
Students, scholars, policy-makers, technologists, activists, and industry representatives are invited to submit papers on access to knowledge and communications law and policy for publication by the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy (IJCLP). Submissions must be received by June 30, 2008. This year’s writing competition features an award, sponsored by Kaltura.
