Former Visiting Scholar Zhou Dan Quoted in the New York Times
Lawyer and activist Zhou Dan commented on the Chinese government's proposal to include filtering software in all personal computers sold in China. Speaking in particular about the software's capacity to restrict access to social networking sites, Zhou noted "It really is far more intrusive than is necessary."
