He has participated as arbitrator in more than 60 arbitration cases, including those administrated by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris ICC, the Peruvian Center of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima, the Center of Conciliation of the Bar Association, and “ad hoc” arbitrations.
Past President of the Tribunal for the Defense of the Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property of INDECOPI.
President of the Technical Commission of the Ministry of Justice for the revision of the General Arbitration Statute.
Independent Consultant to the Ministry of Economy and Finances for the elaboration of the institutional framework for dispute management between the Government and investors.
Consultant to the Andean Community for the elaboration of the Free Competition Bill of Bolivia in accordance with the Rules of Competition for the Andean Region.
