Carlos Portugal Gouvêa
Carlos Portugal Gouvêa is a S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School. He earned a B.L. from Universidade de São Paulo, Brasil, in 2001 and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2004. From 2002 to 2003 he was the coordinator of the social networks program of Conectas Human Rights, a non-profit organization based in São Paulo, Brazil. He was also an executive-director for the Human Rights Center of São Paulo from 1998 to 2002.
