Jonathan Soleimani is a J.D. candidate in the class of 2013 at Yale Law School. At Yale, he is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law & Policy Review, a Senior Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation, and an active member of the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project. As an ISP Fellow, Jon co-founded the Yale Law Start-Up Practicum, a clinical course at Yale in which law students provide legal assistance to early stage, innovative start-ups. Before coming to Yale, Jon spent two years as a Teach For America corps member, teaching biology and Academic Decathlon at Dorsey High School in south Los Angeles. Jon received his B.A. in Political Economy, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Jon also received his B.S. in Business Administration from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he was awarded the Departmental Citation at graduation.
