Max Mishkin is a J.D. candidate in the class of 2014 at Yale Law School. His interests include media law, global freedom of expression, and digital privacy. At YLS, Max is an editor of the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and a member of the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic. Before coming to Yale, he worked as a writer and new media consultant for clients including the ACLU, the Wikimedia Foundation, and the USO. Max received his A.B. in Government from Harvard University, where he was an undergraduate research and communications assistant at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
