Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law

The objective of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law is to enhance the intellectual life of the law school in the business law area, and more specifically, to enhance the quality of faculty research and of students' educational experience, by increasing exposure to and engagement with contemporary business law issues.
