Overdue Notices

Overdue notices are sent to delinquent borrowers according to the following schedule:

First Notice: 1 week
Second Notice: 3 weeks
Third Notice: 5 weeks

If a book is not returned after 5 weeks, the borrower will be charged both the replacement cost plus a $20 non-refundable processing fee. If a book is returned after the 5 week period, the cost of the book but not the processing fee may be refunded.

OVERDUE
Item(s) listed are overdue. Please return or renew.

FINAL NOTICE
Final notice for unreturned items. Please renew immediately. If the item is not returned in one week, you will be charged the replacement cost plus a NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee of $20.00 per book.

RECALL
Another reader has requested this item. Please return it by the due date shown. Books are subject to recall after 2 weeks.

HELD
The item you requested is now available. Please present this notice at the Circulation Desk.

CANCELLED HOLDS
Holds are cancelled after 7 days if a patron fails to pick up material from the hold shelf. Requests may also be cancelled when items are placed on reserve.
