Photos, Videos of Alumni Weekend 2010 Now Online
The Yale Law School community of alumni, faculty, students, and friends gathered October 8-10 at Yale Law School for “2010: A Weekend Odyssey Exploring Science and Law.” Panel discussions examining how advances in science have changed our lives and impacted the law included such topics as science and the three branches of government, the legal challenges posed by emerging technologies, and how popular conceptions of criminal proof may affect the criminal process.
Other highlights included Friday night’s All-Alumni reception and dinner and Saturday’s presentation of the Yale Law School Award of Merit to four individuals who were instrumental to the founding of the Natural Resources Defense Council: James Gustave Speth ’69, Richard Ayres ’69, Edward Strohbehn Jr. ’69, and John Bryson ’69.
Photos of these and many other Alumni Weekend 2010 activities, as well as videos of the panel discussions, are available on the Alumni Weekend website. And mark your calendars now for Alumni Weekend 2011, scheduled for November 4-6, 2011.
