Classes Resume Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013
To the Law School Community:
As you have seen in the message from University Vice President Linda Lorimer, classes and activities will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 13, to the best of our ability to do so. You may want to visit YLS Inside for additional information from your instructors. Students will also receive a communication from Judith Calvert concerning rescheduled classes and other deadlines once the Registrar’s Office reopens tomorrow.
The Dining Hall will be open for breakfast and lunch. If you have events for which the Dining Hall is providing food on Wednesday, please email Jim Barnett (email@example.com) to confirm or cancel. If you have events on the master calendar that you wish to cancel or modify, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I reiterate the university's message about traveling to and parking in New Haven. Conditions are expected to remain challenging tomorrow morning. Staff are encouraged to consider taking a vacation day and supervisors are urged to be as flexible as possible regarding staffing, working from home, and other arrangements such as car pooling and flextime that will benefit Yale and the City as they continue to clean up from the storm.
Please continue to monitor http://emergency.yale.edu for emergency messages from the University, and we'll update you with any Law School-specific information as conditions warrant.
