Yale Journal of International Law Young Scholars Conference, March 4
Panels will cover such subjects as "Dealing with International Problems," "New Questions of Process and Procedure in International Tribunals," and "Globalization Theory."
Several young law professors--Paul Berman (University of Connecticut), Rosa Brooks (University of Virginia), Laura Dickinson (University of Connecticut), and Thomas Lee (Columbia University)--will moderate the student panels and discuss careers in legal academia and international law.
The Honorable William H. Taft, former acting secretary of defense and legal adviser to the State Department, will deliver the keynote address, "The View from the Top: American Perspectives on International Law After the Cold War."
