Center for the Study of Corporate Law Symposium, "Reassessing Director Elections," Oct. 7
September 30, 2005The Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law will host a series of discussions on the topic of "Reassessing Director Elections" on Friday, October 7, 2005.
The symposium's panels are titled "Alternatives to Plurality Voting," "Institutional Perspectives on Elections," "Comparative Perspective," and "Federalism and Elections." The speakers will include leading scholars, practitioners, and government regulators.
