Harvard Law Professor Cass Sunstein to Speak on NSA Surveillance on Feb. 20

Cass Sunstein, the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard Law School, will speak at Yale Law School on Thursday, February 20, about the report on NSA surveillance delivered by the President’s Review Group. Sunstein’s lecture on "Liberty and Security in a Changing World: The Report of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies," will take place at 12 pm in Room 127 at Yale Law School. The event is free and open to the public.

From 2009 to 2012, Sunstein served as the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, and from 2013 to 2014, he served as member of the President's Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies.

Sunstein's talk, which is part of the Thomson Reuters Speaker Series at Yale Law School, will be followed by discussion by Yale Law School Professors Bruce Ackerman ’67 and Jack Balkin.
