Prof. Michael Graetz Testifies Before Congressional Subcommittee
Justus S. Hotchkiss Professor of Law Michael J. Graetz delivered a prepared statement on the subject of international tax reform before the Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures of the House Committee on Ways and Means on Thursday, June 22, 2006. Prof. Graetz’s testimony was part of a hearing on the impact of international tax reform on U.S. competitiveness.
Prof. Graetz’s areas of expertise include taxation, tax policy, health law and policy, and income security law and policy. He served in the U.S. Treasury in Washington, D.C. in the early 1990s and has written a number of books on taxation, including Foundations of International Income Taxation (Foundation Press, October 2003).
