“Defending Our Lives” Lecture and Screening March 27
Sarah Buel is co-director of the Domestic Violence Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law and co-founder of the University of Texas Voices Against Violence program. She has spent the past 29 years working with battered women, abused children and juveniles within the legal system. A domestic violence survivor herself, Professor Buel is committed to improving the court and community response to abuse victims.
A reception with Professor Buel will precede the lecture at 5:00 p.m. in the Alumni Reading Room. Yale Law School is located at 127 Wall Street, New Haven.
