The Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop series continues Monday, Oct. 15, with a lecture by New York University Law Professor Geoffrey P. Miller on “Ex Ante Dispute Resolution Arrangements in Public Company Contracts.” The lecture will be held in the Yale Law School Faculty Lounge from 4:10 to 6 p.m. Please respond by calling 203-582-5299.
Professor Miller is the Stuyvesant P. Comfort Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, where he teaches Corporations; Professional Responsibility and the Regulation of Lawyers; Emerging Issues in Large Scale Litigation; and Banking Law and Regulation. He is also director of the school’s Center for the Study of Central Banks.
Professor Miller holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
The Quinnipiac-Yale Dispute Resolution Workshop is a collaboration between the two law schools to host lectures by distinguished scholars and practitioners in the field of dispute resolution. Some of the talks are held at the Quinnipiac Law School Faculty Commons and some are held in the Yale Law School Faculty Lounge. The talks are structured to allow time for questions and discussion.
