Alumni Weekend 2008 Hosts Panel on Environmental Policy
That was the focus of a panel discussion held October 4, 2008, in the Yale Law School auditorium. The panel, “Toward the Next Generation of Environmental Policy,” was part of the Law School’s Alumni Weekend 2008 event.
Panelists were Liz Barratt-Brown ’91, Senior Attorney, International Program, at the Natural Resources Defense Council; Douglas Kysar, Professor of Law at Yale Law School; J. Gustave Speth ’69, Dean of Yale University’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies; and Robert M. Sussman ’73, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. Moderating the discussion was Daniel C. Esty ’86, Hillhouse Professor of Environmental Law and Policy, School of Forestry and Environmental Studies at Yale University, and Clinical Professor of Law at Yale Law School.
