To clear the cache:
Internet Explorer: click Tools > Internet Options >General [Tab] > Clear History
(you may wish to check the setting to change how often files are updated)
Firefox: Tools > Clear Recent History
(selecting just Cache will leave other files and settings alone)
Safari: Safari > Empty Cache
