Republic of Statutes

Most public law in the United States and many of our fundamental principles are creatures of statute and not judicial interpretations of the Constitution. A collection of the nation’s most eminent public law scholars will discuss the implications of this idea for public health, national security, civil rights and other important areas of American public law.
Students and faculty are invited to attend.
