Mail Merge Templates
CDO has created Word templates for YLS applicants and their recommenders to use for the clerkship mail merge process. YLS faculty and staff access their templates and instructions via YLS Inside. Students and alumni applicants access their templates and instructions via the Career Management System (CMS). Recommenders not affiliated with YLS may use the instructions and templates below.

Judges' Address Database
CDO maintains a database in CMS of current contact information which applicants can search and download as a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet can be used for cover letters and given to recommenders to use for their letters.

Clerkships Organization
CDO has created a Clerkships organization as part of the YLS intranet. It is the place to check throughout the hiring season for updates on applications, answers to common questions, and information on interviewing and hiring.
