The Summer Employment Evaluations are a very valuable resource for students when researching prospective employers. We currently have student summer evaluations for summers 2003 through 2007. We are asking 2L and 3L students to help us add to this resource by filling out a survey about their 2008 summer experience(s).

Your username is your Yale email address and your password was initially set by CDO as your NetID. If you have changed this and forgotten it, please use the "Forgot Password" tab.

Once in CMS, you will see a link to the Summer Employment Evaluations under QUICK LINKS. You will be brought to a screen with tabs for My Surveys and Search. To fill out the survey on the My Surveys tab, click on the Add New button. If you split your summer, simply fill out additional surveys.

NOTE: there is an option at the bottom of the questionnaire that enables students to submit their answers anonymously. If you wish to be anonymous, answer "NO" to the question: Are you available to discuss your summer experience with other students?

Please be aware that you must click the Submit button at the bottom of the survey for your information to be retained, should you get interrupted and need to revisit your evaluation for edits or further enhancements. Evaluations must be finalized by Friday, September 5, 2008.
