Beginning in 2013, the Office of Student Affairs made the month of March "Mental Health and Wellness Month" at Yale Law School. We encourage students to take this opportunity to focus on making their own mental health and wellness a priority. During Mental Health and Wellness Month, the OSA will be sponsoring a variety of events, such as yoga, nutrition workshops, and mental health resource information sessions, designed to raise awareness about mental health and wellness and also to share information about resources available.
