What of the Uighurs? Kyemba V. Obama and the Future of Guantánamo Bay

At this event co-sponspored by the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society at Yale Law School, Mr. David Rivkin (Baker & Hostetler) will debate Mr. Sabin Willett (Bingham McCutchen) on the status of the Uighur detainees at Guantánamo Bay Naval Base and the pending case Kiyemba v.
