Supreme Court Politics: A Retrospective on the Bork Nomination
The Federalist Society will host Ambassador Tom Korologos, the
Reagan Administration's chief congressional lobbyist for the nomination
of Robert Bork, along with former New York Times reporter Linda
Greenhouse and Yale Law Professor Paul Gewirtz for a panel discussion
on the politics of Supreme Court nominations.
