Judge Pogue will discuss the Court
of International Trade and its role in the broader international
framework. A YLS alum, he has also served as a
Judge in Connecticut's
Superior Court. Prior to appointment to the Connecticut bench, Judge Pogue served as
Chairman of Connecticut's
Commission on Hospitals and Health Care, the public agency responsible for
regulating Connecticut's
health care industry. Appointed by President Clinton to the Court of International Trade in 1995, Judge Pogue also serves as Chair of the Court's
Long Range Planning Committee and Chair of the Court's
Budget Committee.
