Withdrawing from International Custom: A Critical Discussion

Co-sponsored by the Yale Law Journal, Professors Curtis Bradley and Mitu Gulati from Duke Law School will be joining YLS Professor Oona Hathaway for a discussion of the forthcoming YLJ article, Withdrawing from International Custom, which critiques the “mandatory view” that a state may not unilaterally withdraw from customary international law.
