Is S.B. 1070 Constitutional?

Please join the Yale Federalist Society for a discussion with the Cato Institute's Ilya Shapiro and Professor Peter Schuck on Arizona Immigration Bill S.B. 1070. The participants will address whether provisions of the state's law are preempted by federal immigration policy.
