The Roberts Court: Present and Future

Ted Olson was the 42nd United States Solicitor General, appointed by President George W. Bush.  He has argued dozens of cases before the Supreme Court including Bush v. Gore.  He served as Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel under President Ronald Reagan and is a partner at the D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
