Professor Snead formerly served as General Counsel for the President's Council on Bioethics, and as chief U.S. negotiator for UNESCO's Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. He will discuss the content and significance of the Supreme Court's recent decision to uphold the federal ban on partial-birth abortion.
