Judging the Roberts Court
To mark the start of the Roberts Court's third Term, Mr. Edward Whelan and Prof. Robert Post will discuss the right framework for assessing the Court, addressing both last Term's salient and/or controversial decisions and those on the horizon for the coming months.
Mr. Whelan is the current President of the Ethics & Public Policy Center and the former Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel. Prof. Post is the David Boies Professor of Law at Yale Law School.
