Are Federal Appellate Judges Legal Realists?

Two of the 20th century's greatest legal thinkers and most respected jurists will be discussing the significance of legal realism in federal appellate judges' approach to judging.  The Yale Law Federalist Society is pleased to host Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
